All orders with ready stock items will be ship within 1-2 working days once payment has been verified.

We are using POSLAJU Malaysia for local shipping, it takes 1-3 working days to reach your address.

In the event that the package is returned to Jvogue due to the customer’s error in mailing address submitted (incorrect / insufficient address), or expired of the date of self-collect at POSLAJU branch, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re- delivery.

In case of your order is including both ready stock and preorder items, we will only ship your order when all the stock is ready. Preorder items take around 2-4 weeks to arrive upon payment is verified.

Self-Collection

Please leave your message at the checkout page,or private message us at our facebook page, and the estimated time and date you will visit us to self-collect your order.

You may make payment in advance to make a reservation and collect your order in our working hours, otherwise self-collection have to depends on the stock of availability.

Cash/Credit card on Delivery

Even purchase one item we also provide delivery services and no add on charges. Cash on delivery only available for certain area, kindly whatsapp or private message us at facebook regarding your location.

The TST Limited Service Assurance (LSA) Program

THE SEASON TACKLE SDN BHD (hereinafter called TST) will promptly repair or replace XZOGA ®️, GAWAS ®️ & LEMAX ®️ rod, rod blank at nominal replacement fee of the RRP (50%) of the specified rod within the warranty covered year (1 year) . This warranty period begins from your date of online purchase. This limited warranty applies to the original (consumer) owner only and may not be transferred to another person.

TST reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a current model of our choosing. Rods that have become damaged due to normal wear, accident, misuse or neglect, TST reserve the right to repair or replace for a reasonable charge. However, TST will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding.

Damaged rod should be returned directly to TST warranty service department. You must return the entire rod, including broken parts, along with the purchase detail.

This warranty strictly and limited to repair or replacement of the XZOGA ®️, GAWAS ®️ & LEMAX ®️ original rod ONLY, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, unauthorized alterations, removal of XZOGA ®️, GAWAS ®️ & LEMAX ®️ brand logo or any other type of damaged resulting from the use of the product.

This limited warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss parts that are subjected to wear and tear or intentional damage. In no event shall XZOGA ®️, GAWAS ®️ & LEMAX ®️ be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law.
